Rates:    $ 450.00 per night up to four people over 12

              $   25.00 per person / per night for more than 4 adults

              *** 2-night minimum stay required

              *** Stay 6 nights and get the seventh night free!

THINGS TO KNOW

CHECK-IN:      4:00 PM - 6:00 PM (late check-in to be

                                                       arranged in advance)

CHECK OUT:   11:00 AM

** MINIMUM AGE OF 25 TO RESERVE.

** MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF 11 (WITH TWO IN COTS).

** ADVANCE RESERVATIONS ARE RECOMMENDED.

** FULL PAYMENT DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

** WE ACCEPT PAYPAL (credit cards), CHECKS & BANK TRANSFERS & Venmo (OUR PREFERENCE)

CLEANING:  Your cleaning fee of $300 pays for all cleaning necessary to return he Adobe to the condition upon your arrival. 

 CANCELLATION POLICY

**Full refund with thirty (30) days advance notice.  Holiday weeks require forty-five (45) days advance notice.

**For cancellations made 14-29 days prior to arrival, rental monies paid may be applied to a future visit, within one year of original reservation.

**For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival, all rental monies paid are forfeited.

**If we are able to re-book the Adobe, we're happy to refund all monies paid (less cancellation fee).
